Wimpie is a business specialist with a very strong acumen in understanding the push and pull levers affecting business results. Over the years he has helped many organisations in different fields of expertise to achieve real business results. It ranges from finance, logistics, procurement, supply chain, human resources, production, project management, business development, sales and strategic alignment. His greatest attribute is the execution of a desired strategy which includes resource alignment, achieving the required financial objectives, design and development of enterprise intelligence and re-engineering business processes to align with the overall strategy. Wimpie is responsible for aligning the data science and software engineering aspects of each project with the client specific business requirements.

Pieter has an exceptional academic and corporate track record, as evidenced by his long list
of achievements. He graduated Cum Laude and received the town council gold medal award for exceptional achievement for his thesis on autonomous agents / neural networks / mechanics (M Eng (Electronic).
He was also the winner of the national (South African) Statistical project competition for 3rd year students across all universities and also received the SCMB and Rand Merchant Bank awards for
outstanding performance in the honours degree of Advanced Mathematics of Finance.
He has a proven track record of innovation, drive towards excellence and flexibility. This is evidenced by successfully starting up and managing business ventures for blue chip financials,
actively identifying new business opportunities and strategic direction.
His experience covers a wide base of asset classes – including equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities and derivatives. He was involved in mentioned asset classes from a combination of trading / structuring / quantitative and market risk perspectives.
He previously held positions of Vice-President: Market Risk at Deutsche Bank and Associate Director at Macquarie Bank (Australia).
Pieter is heading up our actuarial data science division and is responsible for all algorithm developments and science projects.
Ehrhardt le GrangeChief Information Officer

Ehrhardt is a master software engineer. Ehrhardt has attained expert level in Java software design and development (J2SE and J2EE). He has an exceptionally wide range of knowledge,
skill and experience in numerous programming languages, the development on various operating systems, system to system integration and interfacing with various databases.
He previously worked as a Software Engineer in the USA developing mission critical process control systems and advanced traffic management systems. He also designed and developed a Proprietary Integration Broker. This application consisted of a suite of J2EE components and was used in the US health care industry to enable integration between disparate health care software systems. Ehrhardt was also key in the development of a popular wholesale billing software application used by many telecommunications operators, Video Security Application for Aizon Systems, YoYo India website for Monarch, Inc. and the National Traffic Information System (eNatis) software system for the South Africa Department of Transport.
Ehrhardt is heading up the software engineering division and is primarily responsible for all software development projects and all internal infrastructure.

(SuperGroup), Imperial Fleet Services and McCarthy Fleet Solutions (now Bidvest Bank).
Furthermore, he is a strategic thinker, with the ability to align the Autolytix Data Science value proposition with the client’s needs and driving the client’s business results. At BTS he helped companies like George Weston Foods (Australia), Alghanim (Kuwait), Standard Bank (Africa) to achieve strategic alignment for better execution of their overall strategy.
